Virgin Media can be telephoned from 8am to midnight, 7 days a week. You can call them in the following ways:

  • Virgin Media customer line: If you are a Virgin Media customer, you can contact them for free simply by dialling 150 from any Virgin Media landline or phone on the Virgin Mobile network.

  • Calls from non-Virgin UK landlines or mobiles: You can phone Virgin Media on 0843 850 2479. You will be charged your provider’s standard rate for using this number.

How to call Virgin Mobile from abroad:

  • Pay As You Go customers: Pay As You Go customers can call Virgin Mobile by dialling 789. Whilst recorded information is provided free of charge, it will cost you £2 per call to speak to the Virgin Media Team.

  • Pay Monthly customers:  Pay Monthly customers can call Virgin Media on +44 7953 967 967. You will be charged the standard international rate for calls to the UK from the country where you are visiting.

You can now contact Virgin Media via live chat on their website; however, this service is not yet available on mobile devices. Live chat for broadband, phone and TV is available 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week. Live chat for accounts and billing is available 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
