How to Contact Sky Customer Service

Customers can contact Sky Customer Service in various ways:

By telephone

The Sky contact number is available 7 days a week between 9am and 10pm.

Sky Phone Number: Sky’s main phone number is 0843 850 2477. You can also use other numbers, shown below, to get in touch with individual departments or discuss specific services.

Sky Cancellation Number: If you want to cancel your sky contract with Sky, the number to call is 0333 2022 135

Downgrade Services Number: If you wish to move to a smaller package, you can downgrade your Sky services by calling 0344 241 0266 for TV and Sky Talk and 0843 850 2477 for Sky Broadband.

Sky Complaints Number: If you need to make a complaint to Sky, the number to call is 03442 414 141

Sky Call Costs

Sky now offer three types of customer telephone numbers 03 numbers, chargeable 08 and freephone 08 numbers. Calling an 03 number costs the same as calling an 01 or 02 number and is included in your calls package. Charges may be incurred if you don’t have a calls package. You should check with your provider.

The cost for calling chargeable 08 numbers is broken down into two parts: an access charge, payable to your provider, plus a 7p per minute charge to Sky.

Calls to Sky Customer Service are free for Sky Talk customers, whilst numbers beginning with 0800 and 0808 are free from both landlines and mobile phones.

Sky Technical Help

If you are having issues with your equipment or service, Sky will provide specialised technical support and, if necessary, will arrange technical staff to visit your home to make repairs. It has a dedicated network of support teams whose job it is to resolve customer queries as soon as possible.

Before calling Sky Customer Service

Before calling Sky operators, have all the information they may ask for to hand, including your telephone number, address, postcode, Sky account and contract numbers, telephone password or secret question answers. This will speed up your identification and processing.

Get connected to the right department

To get to the correct department you may need to key in the right options on your phone’s keypad. If you are not provided with a suitable option, choose the nearest match. If you do not choose at all, you may get transferred to an operator who will connect you.

Always explain your problem clearly so the person dealing with your inquiry can help you better. Try to remain calm and remember that the assistant is following procedures.

If you are not happy with the response, take the person’s details and ask to speak to the manager. If you are still not happy, you should then submit a formal written complaint.
